Sugar Baby Tip #3: Body Maintenance

Part of being a sugar baby is always havint to look good for you and your SD. Here are my general tips an my personal rules for maintaining my figure.
DIET:
1. Don't eat carbs for dinner: I never eat carbs for dinner unless I am on a date.
2. Don't eat meat for dinner: I never eat meat for dinner either unless I am on a date. A normal dinner for me is spinach and tofu.
3. NO ALCOHOL: Period.
4. Don't drink anything unless it is water or a raw vegan juice/smoothie.
5. No sugar or junk food unless it is the weekend (I eat whatever I want on the weekends). Sugar from fruit is acceptable anytime.
6. No dairy unless I am on a date.
7. I take a multivitamin every morning right after I wake up, along with a Vitamin D pill.
EXERCISE:
1. Workout 3-6 days a week. I try to get at least 4 days in; an hour each day. I go to the gym 4 days a week, I take a pole dancing class once a week, and I take a tumbling class 3 days a week. Therefore, I am SUPER active.
2. I try to incorporate strength and cardio on the same day.
3. I do 30 minutes of yoga every morning at 6AM. Trust me, yoga will relieve the stress that you have had for the week.
