Sugar Baby Tip #7: Get A Job

Get a job!!! I have a job at a clothing store. So why should a sugar baby get a job?

1. It's your Plan B: Ok so your POT date went really bad and he said he didn't want to pursue an arrangement with you. Guess what? You don't need him anyway because you still have a job. Your $1600 rent is due next week. Yes, it's unfortunate that you have to go out of pocket, but at least you are able to make rent because you have a job!

2. You gain work experience: It's always nice to develop a nice, strong work history so when you are being looked up on LinkedIn by law or medicial school admission officers, they can say "This girl was a telephone operator for five years, a vetenary volunteer for three years, and started her own clothing business. She is responsible and we can take her more seriously than this girl who does not have a LinkedIn but posts pictures of her with a stack of cash that she has even when she doesn't have a work history." Think about it. Get a job anywhere and WORK.

3. You have a higher chance on getting approved for a credit card: If you never had a credit card before AND never had a car before or any other payments that could change your credit history, then having a job is essential. When getting a car in your name, an apartment in your name, or a credit card, you need to show proof of income/your employer.

4. You get the social aspect: Listen, I have made so many new friends from my job. We have GNO's all the time and it's a great way to meet people. Get out there and be social.
